Return Policy

At Hiram Attire we want you to be happy with your purchase, but we know sometimes stuff happens. It could be a wrong size, damage in shipment, or you just don't like the color when it shows up in the mail. We understand and we've made the process nice and easy.

Here is our policy:
1. You must have contacted us within 30 days of the date your package was delivered. (Please send an email to returns@hiramattire.com. See instructions further down the page).
2. The item must be in the same condition as when it was sold. In the case of t-shirts or apparel, the item must be unwashed and unworn.
3. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective item or misprinted design.

Defective or Damaged Items
Defective items, or clothing with misprinted designs, may be exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same item or equivalent item. You will need to contact us for a return authorization and we will send you a prepaid shipping label.
How do I proceed if I want to make a return?
If you do decide to return your merchandise, please follow these instructions:

1. Email returns@hiramattire.com with your order number and specific reason for the return. You must do so within 30 days of the day the merchandise was delivered. If you do not contact us and you send the merchandise back, we may at our discretion decline the return or charge a restock fee of 20%.

2. If this is a defective item or a misprinted design, along with your order number, please include a digital photograph of the damage or misprinted design. You will receive a Return Authorization form with a prepaid return label for you to send the items back to us. Send the information to returns@hiramattire.com.

We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable shipping method and to purchase insurance for the full value of the item's value. You will be responsible for ensuring that the package is safely returned to us and we cannot issue a refund prior to receiving the package and inspecting its condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

When will my purchase be refunded?
Once we receive your package and confirm that it is in the original, undamaged condition, we will refund you within seven business days. We will email you when this transaction has taken place. Please note that banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.
